乐播传媒 is now accepting an annual cohort of 24 students for the Registered Nursing program on the Montgomery Campus.
Previously, 乐播传媒 admitted students into the program biannually.
鈥淲e are thrilled to announce that our RN program will now admit a cohort of students annually, allowing us to meet the growing demand for skilled nurses in our community,鈥 remarked Rebecca Morton, director of Career Services at 乐播传媒.
She continued, 鈥淭his expanded access strengthens 乐播传媒鈥檚 commitment to providing high-wage, high-demand programs that prepare students for successful healthcare careers.鈥
鈥淥ffering an annual ADN (Associate Degree Nursing) cohort, rather than a biannual one, significantly enhances our college鈥檚 capacity to address the nursing shortage in our region and across the state of Kentucky,鈥 said Ginger Clarke-Gallagher, associate vice president of Health Sciences and nursing program administrator at 乐播传媒.
She continued, 鈥淏y providing a cost-effective, high-quality education, we ensure a consistent supply of qualified nurses to meet the healthcare needs of our community.鈥
乐播传媒鈥檚 ADN program is covered by the Kentucky Work Ready Scholarship.
Covering tuition for up to 60 credit hours in high-demand fields, the scholarship makes nursing education more accessible to a broader range of students.
鈥淥ur nursing instructors at 乐播传媒 have truly established a legacy of excellence,鈥 remarked Clarke-Gallagher.
She continued, 鈥淲e could not be prouder of them, along with the 乐播传媒 staff and our students, who have worked incredibly hard to build this program to where it is today.鈥
According to Clarke-Gallagher, 乐播传媒鈥檚 ADN programs have met the Kentucky Board of Nursing鈥檚 benchmarks with NCLEX pass rates above state average.
乐播传媒 will now admit 24 students annually to the RN program on the Montgomery Campus.
The application deadline for the next cohort is March 1, 2025.
